The VIBES Handbook – “Empowering Youth Workers for the Future: A Practical Guide to Inclusive, Digital, and Sustainable Youth Mobility” is a comprehensive 79-page guide designed to strengthen the competence, confidence, and impact of youth workers across Europe.
