VibeConnect – International Cooperation & Digital Innovation
VibeConnect brought together youth workers from Europe and neighbouring regions to build bridges, exchange best practices, and co-create innovative ideas. The activity focused on digital transformation, intercultural collaboration, communication, teamwork, and project design. Participants learned to use modern digital tools, develop project concepts, and collaborate effectively across cultures.
Through interactive sessions and networking, VibeConnect strengthened international partnerships, encouraged creativity, and empowered youth workers to design meaningful initiatives that address real community needs.
VibeElevate helped participants transform their knowledge and experience into long-term leadership practices, enabling them to continue creating positive change in their organisations and communities long after the project.
Modules:
Module 1 – Intercultural Collaboration & Global Mindset
VibeConnect Module 1
This module explores how cultural diversity enriches youth work and why a global mindset is essential. It teaches youth workers to recognize cultural differences, understand their own cultural lens, and develop intercultural competence. Key themes include empathy, openness, communication styles, and navigating diverse group dynamics effectively.
Module 2 – Embracing Digital Transformation in Youth Work
VibeConnect Module 2
This module focuses on how digital tools reshape youth work. It introduces platforms like Miro, Padlet, Mentimeter, and Google Workspace, showing how they support creativity, collaboration, and accessibility. Youth workers learn how digital transformation modernizes project management, participation, and communication.
Module 3 – Building Strong Partnerships
VibeConnect Module 3
This module examines how to identify, build, and maintain meaningful partnerships in youth work. It covers shared values, trust, partner motivation, communication methods, and the strategic use of digital collaboration tools. The module highlights how strong alliances increase project impact and sustainability.
Module 4 – Youth Participation in International Cooperation
VibeConnect Module 4
This module explains why youth participation is crucial in international initiatives. It differentiates real engagement from tokenism and provides methods such as co-creation, collaborative mapping, and early involvement in project design. It emphasises autonomy, ownership, and youth-led contributions.
Module 5 – Networking Marketplace
VibeConnect Module 5
This module teaches how structured networking sessions empower youth workers and organisations to form purposeful collaborations. It covers principles of effective networking, speed-networking formats, guiding questions, and tools that ensure equal participation. The goal is to build confident, intentional, and inclusive networking spaces.
