VibeElevate – Leadership, Advocacy & Long-Term Impact
VibeElevate was the final stage of the VIBES learning pathway, focusing on advanced competences for youth leaders. The activity explored leadership development, advocacy for youth rights, impact measurement, storytelling, and strategic communication. Participants learned how to influence policy, design advocacy campaigns, and ensure the sustainability of their initiatives.
VibeElevate helped participants transform their knowledge and experience into long-term leadership practices, enabling them to continue creating positive change in their organisations and communities long after the project.
Modules:
Module 1 – Leadership Foundations for Youth Workers
VibeElevate Module 1
This module introduces leadership in youth work as relational, flexible, and grounded in trust rather than authority. It explores adaptive and transformational leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and the ability to shift roles (coach, mentor, facilitator) depending on youth needs.
Module 2 – Impact Measurement & Evaluation Methods
VibeElevate Module 2
This module covers how youth workers can measure whether their programmes create real change. It explains setting clear objectives and indicators, continuous monitoring, mixed-method evaluation, and data collection tools. Its goal is to help organisations prove impact and improve practice.
Module 3 – Upscaling & Replicating Successful Youth Initiatives
VibeElevate Module 3
This module explains how to grow a successful youth initiative or replicate it in new contexts. It builds on impact measurement, helping youth workers identify what makes a programme effective, how to document processes, and how to adapt them for different communities without losing quality.
Module 4 – Communication, Storytelling & Public Speaking
VibeElevate Module 4
This module highlights communication as a core leadership skill. It teaches storytelling for social change, crafting purposeful narratives, using personal stories authentically, structuring impactful presentations, and delivering messages with clarity and emotional resonance.
Module 5 – Youth Policy & Systems of Influence
VibeElevate Module 5
This module explains the systems that shape youth policy at local, national, and European levels. It introduces the EU Youth Strategy, EU Youth Goals, national frameworks, and the role of NGOs and stakeholders. Youth workers learn how to navigate, influence, and align their work with policy landscapes.
