VibeForce – Empowerment & Foundations
VibeForce was the first mobility of the VIBES project and focused on strengthening the core competences of youth workers. Through a series of interactive workshops, participants explored themes such as youth employability, inclusion, sustainability, teamwork, and mental well-being. The activity helped youth workers understand the challenges young people face today and equipped them with practical tools, non-formal learning methods, and confidence to support them more effectively.
VibeForce created a strong foundation of knowledge, self-reflection, and shared purpose that prepared participants for the next stages of the project.
Modules:
Module 1 – Youth Empowerment & Employment Readiness
VibeForce Module 1
This module focuses on equipping youth workers with the skills and mindset needed to empower young people as they prepare for the labour market. It highlights lifelong learning, confidence-building, leadership development, and mentoring as essential tools for guiding youth toward meaningful career paths. The module emphasizes that empowered youth workers create empowered young people, turning employment readiness into a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and purpose.
Module 2 – Quality Employment & Career Readiness
VibeForce Module 2
This module addresses the realities of modern employment and the skills young people need to thrive today. It guides youth workers in strengthening participants’ identity, purpose, communication skills, motivation, adaptability, and practical workplace abilities. The focus is on bridging the gap between theory and real-life work environments, helping youth build confidence, essential soft skills, and a mindset prepared for change.
Module 3 – Digital Literacy & e-Democracy
VibeForce Module 3
This module explores the digital world as both an opportunity and a challenge for young people. It defines digital literacy as more than technical skill—emphasizing critical thinking, online safety, digital wellbeing, ethics, and responsible participation. It also highlights the role of youth workers as guides who help young people navigate online risks, build digital citizenship, communicate respectfully online, and creatively use digital tools for learning and civic engagement.
Module 4 – Green Youth Mobility & Sustainable Practices
VibeForce Module 4
This module connects youth mobility with environmental responsibility. It teaches youth workers how to integrate sustainability into travel, education, and everyday practice. Topics include eco-friendly mobility choices, green education, the European Green Deal, reducing environmental impact, role-modelling sustainable habits, building green skills for future employment, and designing activities that nurture long-term eco-awareness and responsibility among young people.
Module 5 – Inclusion, Diversity & Gender Equality
VibeForce Module 5
This module provides a comprehensive understanding of inclusive youth work. It explains how to create environments where every young person feels valued and able to participate fully. Key themes include diversity awareness, gender equality, accessibility, dismantling participation barriers, encouraging youth voice, understanding intersectionality, and building safe, respectful spaces. The module equips youth workers to design programs that celebrate uniqueness and ensure fairness and belonging for all.
